◆Substrate specification: conforms to EU low-carbon non-alloy steel strip standards EN10139 / DIN 1624
◆ Plating thickness: double-sided nickel layer 1.5-6.0 µm

◆ Material characteristics:

1. Special production process prevents peeling of the electroplated layer and improves the material’s corrosion resistance.
2. Possesses good weldability and deep-drawing performance.
3. Reduces production cost: no post-plating required, avoiding additional defect rates.
4. Various surface finishes available on request, from glossy to matte.
5. Electrical conductivity: 14-21% IACS

Applications of Nicor® in Battery Manufacturing
