Technical Description:

1. Apply a (3 μm) coating on the surface of the metal substrate,
2. Then perform hairline processing after the coating process,
3. Finally, apply a special thin film resin coating as the final surface treatment.

 

 

◆The brushing (hairline) direction is perpendicular to the sheet width (i.e., along the length).

◆ Corrosion resistance
◆ [Salt Spray Test (per JIS Z2371)] 72 hours.

Even in environments where aluminum corrodes, good corrosion resistance has been confirmed.

◆ Anti fingerprint performance [Immersion in 0.5% petroleum jelly (20 °C, 5 s)].

Discoloration appears at the immersion spots on SUS and aluminum; by comparison, FeLuce shows excellent anti fingerprint performance. FeLuce has a plastic resin coating in its film structure, versus SUS without a film and aluminum without surface treatment.
